1，在网上找到你需要球员的头像，截图，180×180的大小，保存为jpg后缀。

2，运行游戏-参数设定-显示&声音-勾选，显示编号UID，找到球员编号

3，找到球员头像的所在目录C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\players，用写字板打开你所需球员所在球队的文件夹里后缀为config的文件，按照里面的格式输入球员名字及编号

4，参数设定-显示&声音-勾选，强制刷新皮肤，去掉显示球员名字和编号

5，OK
